Public procurement law in Ireland has assumed increased importance in recent years with the growth of government expenditure on infrastructural projects. Our clients in the public sector include leading public bodies and utilities and in the private sector, construction firms, medical goods suppliers and IT companies.

Due to our long experience of the sector we are able to advise our clients on all aspects of public procurement. We advise public sector bodies on contracts for the construction and finance of assets, consultancy contracts and advertising agreements. We have advised a major construction company on a public / private partnership and private companies in many sectors on procurement issues ranging from advertising requirements, challenging contracts awarded within the time limits and the operation of the many European Directives.
