Cillian Balfe

Cillian advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, joint venture agreements and other general matters such as share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, franchise, agency, licensing and distribution agreements and corporate governance.

Cillian graduated from the University of Limerick in 1998 with a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree, he qualified as a solicitor in 2005, he obtained a Law Society Diploma in Commercial Law in 2007 and a Law Society Diploma in Corporate Law & Governance in 2009. He joined WhitneyMoore in 2006.
