Peter Hayes

Peter’s main areas of practice are banking, acting on behalf of lending institutions in the taking of security, general commercial litigation, and insolvency and corporate recovery. He has considerable expertise in relation to Tribunals of Inquiry and has been involved in high profile litigation cases in recent years.

Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1973 and is a law graduate of Trinity College Dublin. He joined the firm in 1973 and became a partner in 1977.

Peter is a member of ISIPC (The Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners).
