Mark Ryan

Mark advises on a broad range of commercial and corporate finance-related transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-out and buy-ins, joint ventures and venture capital investment. Mark also advises on competition law matters. Although he has represented clients across a variety of sectors, he has considerable experience of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. His practice extends also to advising companies and their directors on all aspects of company law, including corporate governance.

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1982 and is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. He joined the firm in 1982 and has been a partner since 1989. He speaks Italian and French.
