Billy Parker

Billy represents a broad spectrum of both commercial and private clients, including major property developers, building contractors, retailers, manufacturers and lending institutions.
He now works primarily on commercial property development and corporate projects. These development projects are generally of a mixed nature including office, retail and residential elements. The legal aspects of these developments are very varied but include the drafting and negotiation of:
- Building contracts
- Design team warranties
- The finance element of the project which incorporates mortgage documentation, guarantees and corporate requirements
- The legal structure to include leases, management company agreements and arrangements
- Project agreements
Many of the more recent developments incorporate a social and affordable housing element and as a result he is familiar with the legislation in this respect and the requirements of the local authorities.
Billy qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. He joined the firm as a partner in October 2003 and was previously a partner in Amorys Solicitors which he co-founded in 1986.
