Susan O’Reilly

Susan advises international and domestic clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, admissions to AIM, private equity and venture capital investments and corporate restructurings.

She qualified as a solicitor in 1996 having obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from University College Dublin and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Cambridge. She joined the firm as an associate in 2002, having spent a number of years working in London.
