Róisín Caulfield

Róisín advises on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and corporate governance and compliance. She has represented many multinational companies on their entry into the Irish market and has particular expertise in advising companies in the healthcare, internet, gaming and lotteries sectors.

Róisín qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and is a graduate of Business and Legal Studies in University College Dublin. She joined the firm in 2000 and was appointed an associate in 2005.
