Brendan Ringrose

Brendan advises on a range of corporate and commercial issues, including corporate re-organisations, re-structurings, mergers and acquisitions and fund raisings in the commodities, media, retail and internet sectors. He also advises clients on commercial contracts, share option schemes and corporate finance transactions. Brendan also practices in the area of public procurement law. His clients include public sector bodies, semi-state bodies and private companies whom he advises on all aspects of public procurement and related contractual issues.

Brendan qualified as a solicitor in 1998 having obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Limerick and a Diploma in European Law from University College Dublin. He became an associate in 2002.

Brendan is a regular contributor to publications on public procurement and is a fluent French speaker.
