Funding Arrangements with Liquidators

The High Court has set down its position in relation to funding arrangements with court-appointed liquidators. The court has held that a court-appointed liquidator is to receive such remuneration as directed by the court but that the court has inherent jurisdiction to modify the provisions of the rules of court.
