WhitneyMoore Appointed to NAMA Legal Panel

WhitneyMoore is pleased to announce it has been selected as one of the firms which will carry out legal due diligence on behalf of NAMA in connection with its acquisition of loans from participating institutions. WhitneyMoore’s expertise in the areas of banking, property, company and insolvency law and in particular our extensive experience in the preparation of due diligence reports for both corporate and property acquisitions resulted in our appointment to this panel.

New Managing Partner

WhitneyMoore is pleased to announce the appointment of Corporate law specialist Stephen Walker as new Managing Partner. Stephen took over the role from 1st January 2010 in succession to Gerry Carroll who will continue his litigation practice in the firm.

Welcome Home Wexford Cycle

Each year dedicated staff at WhitneyMoore take part in the annual Welcome Home Wexford Cycle. Over the last number of years WhitneyMoore has raised in excess of €50,000 for the Peter McVerry Trust. Training has already begun for this years event on the 18th September 2010.
