Natural resource companies have been clients of WhitneyMoore for over 60 years. We have advised on the flotation of Irish exploration and mining companies on the Irish and London Stock Exchanges, on AIM and on Dublin's IEX. WhitneyMoore also advises on prospecting licences, mining licences, joint ventures, drilling contracts and joint operating agreements.

The firm also advises in the Renewable Energy field including domestic and international wind farm and waste to energy projects. Advice on this involves operation and maintenance agreements, partnership agreements and government contracts.
